Fleurish Fancy's Policies
At Fleurish Fancy, every floral design, event detail, and client experience is thoughtfully handled with care, creativity, and professionalism. Our policies are designed to keep the planning process clear, organized, and enjoyable from start to finish.
All floral services, flower bars, private floral classes, weddings, corporate events, and custom experiences are subject to availability. We recommend submitting your inquiry as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm your booking. Your event or order is only confirmed once all required details, agreements, and payments have been completed.
Consultations allow us to better understand your vision, floral needs, event details, budget, and overall design direction. Depending on the service requested, a consultation may be required before a quote or proposal is finalized.
Please arrive on time and prepared with any inspiration, color preferences, event details, or special requests you would like to discuss.
A deposit or retainer may be required to secure your booking. This payment reserves your date and allows Fleurish Fancy to begin planning, sourcing, and preparing for your floral service or event.
Final payment deadlines will be provided based on the service booked. Orders, events, or services may not be completed if payment is not received by the required due date.
All payments made toward confirmed bookings may be non-refundable due to the custom nature of floral design, event preparation, and product sourcing.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may not always be guaranteed. Because flowers, materials, rentals, and preparation may be arranged in advance, deposits, retainers, and certain payments may be non-refundable.
For event-based services, cancellations made close to the event date may result in additional charges or forfeited payments depending on the amount of work, preparation, and materials already completed or purchased.
Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability. While we always do our best to honor your preferred flowers, colors, and design style, exact blooms may not always be available.
Fleurish Fancy reserves the right to make thoughtful substitutions when necessary. Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and feel of the requested design.
Each floral arrangement and event design is custom-created based on the information provided during the planning process. Inspiration images are welcome, but Fleurish Fancy does not guarantee exact replicas of another designer’s work.
Our goal is to create something beautiful, intentional, and aligned with your occasion while honoring the natural uniqueness of fresh flowers.
Delivery, pickup, and setup options may vary based on the service, location, and event needs. Delivery fees, setup fees, and breakdown fees may apply.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address, contact information, access instructions, and event timing are provided in advance.
Fleurish Fancy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, limited access, venue restrictions, or circumstances outside of our control.
For weddings, corporate events, private events, and floral installations, setup and breakdown details will be discussed during the planning process.
Any rental items, containers, vases, stands, props, or display pieces provided by Fleurish Fancy must be returned in the same condition they were received.
Damaged, missing, or unreturned rental items may result in additional charges.
Flower bars and private floral classes are designed to provide a beautiful, interactive experience for guests. Final guest count, setup needs, location details, and service expectations must be confirmed by the required deadline.
Changes to guest count, flower selection, or event details may affect pricing and availability. Fleurish Fancy will do its best to accommodate changes, but adjustments are not guaranteed once preparation has begun.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, responding in a timely manner, reviewing proposals or invoices carefully, and communicating any changes as soon as possible.
Fleurish Fancy is not responsible for issues caused by missing information, delayed responses, incorrect details, or last-minute changes that cannot be reasonably accommodated.
Fleurish Fancy may photograph floral designs, setups, flower bars, installations, or event details for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional use.
If you prefer that your event or order not be photographed or shared publicly, please notify us in writing before your event or service date.
For outdoor events, clients are responsible for having a weather backup plan. Fresh flowers and floral installations can be affected by heat, wind, rain, and other outdoor conditions.
Fleurish Fancy is not responsible for damage to flowers, arrangements, or installations caused by weather, venue conditions, or environmental factors after setup is complete.
Design changes may be requested before the final planning deadline. Changes are subject to flower availability, timeline, budget, and preparation status.
Once flowers, materials, or specialty items have been ordered, certain changes may not be possible or may require additional fees.
Your experience matters to us. If you have a concern about your order or service, please contact Fleurish Fancy as soon as possible so we can review the situation and assist where appropriate.
Because flowers are perishable and custom-designed, concerns must be communicated promptly after pickup, delivery, or event setup.
Fleurish Fancy reserves the right to update these policies as needed. The most current version of our policies will be available on this page.
